5-Year Tertia Warranty

Every Tertia Odyssey is backed by our 5-Year Warranty.

We guarantee that your Odyssey will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of delivery. If a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, Tertia will repair or replace the defective component at no charge.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Defects in materials
• Defects in workmanship
• Movement failures resulting from manufacturing defects
• Water resistance failures resulting from manufacturing or assembly defects (provided the watch has not been opened or damaged)

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by impacts, misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Crystal damage caused by impact
• Damage resulting from improper use of the crown or caseback
• Water damage resulting from the crown being left open, improper handling, or unauthorized service
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Loss or theft

Should your watch require service outside the terms of this warranty, we'll continue to support you with reasonably priced repairs and replacement parts whenever possible.

This warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners during the five-year warranty period.
